AutoGuide reports that Chevrolet plans to build the ZR1's supercharged LS9 engine from scratch in front of crowds at the SEMA auto show. Audience members will be able to watch every step of the building process, as well as ask questions during the build.
Chevy will be organizing the event to promote their Corvette Engine Build Experience, which allows buyers to customize and actually help physically build the Corvette engine that will go in their car.
